FM27 International Management

Last verified: · Editorial team and source policy

International management is one of the largest single feature queries around Football Manager 27. The previous game already received an official international-management update. FM27's training and tactical-effectiveness dive is where the new game ties national-team work to the same preparation model as a club job.

A national job is still a different calendar from a club job: camps, qualifiers, and a squad you do not own. I am not writing a click-path for inviting players, because that would be a client tour I have not done. The public description says the mode is in the game. The steps belong in a guide after the preview is widely played, and only with a source.

Playable nations and new leagues are a licence question. The official licence note and the Saudi and Arkema announcements are the pages to cite, not a forum list. Fifty-nine playable countries is the figure attached to the Saudi league announcement's framing of the database. I am leaving the exact nation list to that licence page rather than duplicating a partial table.

If you are coming from FM26's international update, the useful comparison is on the FM26 page and the versus page. This page is only the FM27 feature: it exists, it is briefed, and the country list is maintained with the licences.

Can you manage a national team in FM27?

Yes. International management is part of the briefed feature set, continuing from FM26's update.

Which countries are playable?

See the leagues and licences page. I am not maintaining a second country list here.

Is it the same as club management?

No. The calendar is camps and internationals, and the squad is not your transfer budget.
