Is Football Manager 27 Free?
Yes, for a short window. Football Manager 27 is free to play on PC and Mac from 29 October 2026 at 18:00 GMT until 3 November 2026 at 18:00 GMT. Sports Interactive calls it a Launch Preview. It covers the full modes, it does not ask you to pre-order, and the save carries into the paid game.
There is no beta this year. The same notes say the Launch Preview replaces the beta and the old advanced-access period. If you searched for an FM27 beta or demo, this window is the thing that exists. A traditional demo was not listed as a separate Steam app when the store search was checked.
The free window is not on PlayStation or Xbox, and it is not the Netflix or Apple Arcade editions. In the UK the clock is 18:00. In central Europe it is 19:00. US clocks change on 1 November 2026, so the start is 14:00 EDT and the end is 13:00 EST. Turkey is 21:00. Korea and Japan are 03:00 the next morning.
After 18:00 GMT on 3 November, free access ends. Pre-purchasers through a SEGA-approved retailer and subscribers with covered PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass access can continue the paid Launch Preview until the full release on 10 November. The paid PC price published alongside it is £49.99, €59.99 or $59.99, with a 10 percent pre-order cut on Steam, Epic and the Microsoft store. Game Pass is a different kind of included access and has its own page.
