FM27 Leagues and Licences
The licence posts for Football Manager 27 name two additions clearly. The Roshn Saudi League makes its debut. The Arkema Première Ligue is fully licensed, which is the women's top flight in France. Those are official posts, not a leak list.
The same licence material is where the '59 playable countries' line sits alongside the Saudi announcement in the research set. The deeper database dive cites more than 18 million database changes and 1,500 competition updates. I am quoting those as published figures, not as a count I made.
Licences are why some clubs and players ship with generic names. A real-name fix is a mod that swaps those strings. It is not an official patch, and it can break when the database updates. The install notes live on the real-name page. This page is only the official list.
Women's football in this edition is not a rumour. The Arkema post is the evidence. I do not have a full women's league table beyond that announcement, so I am not inventing a second competition.
