Launch Preview: Free Until 3 November
Sports Interactive's 29 October 2026 post says you can play Football Manager 27 free until 3 November at 18:00 GMT. The same window is in the 21 October preview announcement and in the GamesPress version of the free-play release. PC and Mac, Steam, Epic and the Xbox PC app. No pre-order. The save carries into the paid game.
The post also closes the beta question. This preview replaces the beta and the advanced-access period. Do not wait for a separate beta download. A classic demo app was not sitting next to the main Steam app in the store search used for this research.
Console players are not in this window. PS5 and Xbox Series follow the 10 November digital date. Touch on Apple Arcade is also 10 November. Netflix Mobile is the phone product and is not turned on by installing the PC preview.
The useful local clocks are on the free page. The fact to remember in this note is the pair of GMT timestamps and the stores. After 18:00 GMT on 3 November, this URL should read as a record of what the window was, and the free page should lead with the closed state.
When does the preview end?
3 November 2026 at 18:00 GMT.
Which stores?
Steam, Epic and the Xbox PC app, on PC and Mac where each store supports the platform.
Does the save keep?
The official note says the preview save carries into the full game.
